Standard Shipping

Free Shipping

The Knockout Shoppe offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States and worldwide, exclusions and constraints may apply. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Drop Shipping

We are an online-only apparel, shoes, and jewelry boutique and do not have a warehouse. Accordingly, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers facility to your front doorstep. You will receive multiple deliveries if your order includes items from more than one manufacturer. Because we depend on our manufacturing partners’ on-hand inventory, some items listed on our site may be available later. If you have any stocking questions, please send us a message via our Contact Us page.

Ground Shipping

Small parcel items regularly ship through delivery services such as USPS, UPS, or DHL. Orders on average take 2-3 business days to process, and in-stock items will usually be delivered 8-12 days from the date they ship (depending on origin and destination). We will notify you through email if there are any delays. Signatures are not required for standard ground shipping, so you can arrange to bring packages inside soon after delivery if you cannot receive them in person.

Shipping Exceptions

Delivering to Limited Access Addresses

Some addresses may not be accessible for ground deliveries. The customer is responsible for all additional charges (e.g., ferry and local delivery services). If you have special delivery requirement, please email all specification via our Contact Us page. 

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands

The Knockout Shoppe can ship orders to U.S. addresses outside the 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico). Sometimes, the customer will be responsible for particular shipping costs, including but not limited local taxes and duties. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is available on our website. Special arrangements are usually not required orders if you are interested in shipping to outside the U.S. Internation shipping is free during checkout; however some exclusion may apply in accordance to your local address. Tracking & Receiving Shipments

Tracking Orders

All received orders go through our fulfillment professionals, then to the appropriate manufacturer for processing.

In-Stock Product

In-stock products are assigned a tracking number from the associated shipping service. You will receive an email notification from The Knockout Shoppe with your tracking information, and often the estimated delivery date. Furthermore, we provide order tracking on our website through our partner, Aftership. For order tracking status go Track Order page located on Menu Bar. 

Backorders

The Knockout Shoppe will determine the manufacturer’s estimated restocking date if an item is out of stock. You will receive an email with this information notifying if one of our products was restocked. If you retain your order, we will notify you of any timing changes since estimates can vary for various reasons. Incomplete orders will not ship unless you make arrangements with The Knockout Shoppe. Please note, that we must have all items in stock, before shipping an order, and providing tracking information.

Receiving Shipments

Orders will arrive approximately 8-12 business days from the shipping date. It may takes slightly longer due to the season of the year and the parcel delivery company.

Appointment Scheduling

Sometimes, The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment within a 4-hour window. They need to call for an appointment to reduce bottlenecks in their delivery schedule. The carrier cannot offer an exact delivery time because traffic often makes it tough to make a precise time. A driver only knows how long a delivery will take once he/she arrives at a place and begins unloading an order. 

 Most carriers will allow you to come to the local freight terminal and make a dock pickup. For your convenience, you may ask the customer service personnel for an appointment about dock pickup.

Inspecting Packages & Items Upon Arrival

It is important to inspect the packages at the time of delivery before you sign any receipt to ensure that the item is in "perfect condition". Here are some actions to perform before signing the delivery receipt.

1. It would be best if you count that all items are correct and intact before signing a receipt. 
2. you may accept the delivered items if a box is missing, but please note contact us about the missing box. This may be done throuhg our Contact Us page. In your message, have ready the number in your receipt, a note of missing items and what items were received 
3. Check to see if there are any dents, scrapes, tears on the boxes. 
4. The product may still be fine if there is excessive damage to a box, the product may still be fine, but it wise to note any damage when package is delivered. 
5. Accept or refuse delivery
6.  Ask the ground carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.

Receiving Damaged Shipments

Sometimes, despite all precautions, damages do occur. It is essential that you note all issues and communicate with The Knockout Shoppe quickly so we can follow up promptly.

Delivery Refusal

To avoid concealed damages, we strongly suggest you open all boxes with the driver present if packaging damage points to possible product damage. You can refuse the delivery if there is unacceptable damage to the packaging or product(s). If this is the case, you will need to note the issues on the actual delivery receipt and write “refused due to damage.” Immediately, take digital photographs of the damage and send the files, along with a description of all issues, via our contact form. This information and visual evidence will help the carrier and manufacturer resolve the claim. We will follow up with you via email as we receive updates and instructions for getting replacement items sent to you.

Partial Damage

If only part of an item or one of the multiple items is damaged, you may accept the order and request replacements. Make notations on the delivery receipt and email us pictures and descriptions. We will follow up with the manufacturer to see if replacement parts are available and request that any replacement items be sent promptly.

Damage Discovery

If you discover damages after the delivery is complete, please contact us within 24 hours so we may resolve the situation immediately. Most manufacturers require damage claims within 72 hours, so it is urgent that you notify us promptly. Take digital photographs of all package and product damage and keep the original packaging until directed otherwise.
