Terms of service
About us
This website, acarri.xyz, is operated by Mbrella Digital LLC, doing business as ACARRi, the art brand of Andrés Eduardo Carrillo Ruiz, based in Tampa, Florida, USA. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
We sell prints and merchandise online. Original artworks are offered by request. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Originals and authenticity
Each original is one of a kind and comes with a certificate of authenticity from ACARRi. Colors may look slightly different on screen than in person.
Copyright and use of the artwork
All artworks, images and content on this site are © Andrés Eduardo Carrillo Ruiz. Buying an original or a print gives you ownership of that physical object only. It does not transfer copyright or the right to reproduce, sell, print or commercially use the image. You may share photos of artwork you own for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Licensing, loans, exhibitions and commissions
Any use of the artwork beyond personal ownership requires a separate signed agreement with Mbrella Digital LLC (ACARRi). This includes licensing the image for products, media or campaigns, borrowing a work, exhibiting it, or commissioning a new piece. Each agreement sets its own fees, scope, duration, insurance and cancellation terms. Submitting a request through the site does not create an agreement or obligation for either side.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mbrella Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
