This Privacy Policy explains how Mbrella Digital LLC, doing business as ACARRi ("ACARRi", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from acarri.xyz (the "Site"), send us a request, or sign up for our emails.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, send a "Work with this piece" request, contact us or join our email list, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, company or venue, and the details of your request or message.
Order and payment information. We receive details of your purchases (items, prices, shipping). Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, referring site and how you interact with the Site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).
How we use your information
- To process and deliver orders, including payment, fulfillment, shipping and order updates.
- To respond to your messages and requests to acquire, license, borrow, exhibit or commission artwork.
- To send emails about new work, prints, shows and drops if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To run, secure and improve the Site, prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use it.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, under their own privacy terms, including:
- Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes orders and payments (Shopify Privacy Policy).
- Printify and its print partners, which produce and ship prints and merchandise.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Apps we use on the Site, such as Judge.me (product reviews), Appstle (subscriptions) and Privy (email sign-up), and Shopify's analytics tools.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your cart, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used and, where allowed, measure marketing. Our Site also remembers a few display choices in your browser, such as whether you prefer the "White wall" or "Dark room" view. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep request and email-list information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and people in the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR. To make a request, email andres@mbrella.xyz. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and our service providers protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
